What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
All returns and/or exchanges must be handled via this location. Within 30 days of delivery, we accept returns. All goods must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged when returned. Both returns and exchanges are processed within a week of the package’s delivery at our warehouse. Refunds are given to the original means of payment used to place the order. Exchanges are only available when requesting a larger size for the same product.
How long would it take for a return to be processed?
Returns and exchanges are processed within a week of receiving the shipment at our warehouse. If you’ve been refunded, it normally takes 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after they’ve been processed. Please contact your bank provider if you are experiencing any delays in receiving funds back into your account.
